City as a Platform Update 📅 August 4

Updated: Sep 21, 2022

Accessing Incident Manager on City as a Platform just got easier!

Check out the following video and discover how you can enjoy the main new features in each tab.

Video in Portuguese. Explanation in English below.

Application

  • All fields are configurable and possible to restrict the visualization or editing of certain fields to groups of users.

  • General Permissions - we define who is allowed to report, edit or delete incidents.

  • View Permissions - we define in which status users see the fields.

  • Editing Permissions - we define in which status users can edit the fields.

User - Sub-types

  • You can see the number of sub-types associated with each executor.

  • We can add several sub-types at once to an executor, or add them all at once.

Status

  • It is possible to create more status within the usual flow of incidents.

  • Now you can define assignment rules depending on a specific user or group of users.

  • We were able to select an automatic transition, or the source status and destination status that the new status can transition through.

Notification Templates

  • They are now in the new GO backoffice area.

  • It is allowed to configure the various templates and then associate them with different notification actions.

  • When creating new templates, there are more text editing tools and the possibility to associate almost all the fields present in the incidents.

Notification Triggers

  • We can create new actions or edit existing actions.

  • It is possible to establish when the notification happens and in which status transition.

  • Classify if the template is editable, which templates are associated with this action, and to whom it will be sent.
